Keeping Fit

Some things that you do will make your heart beat faster than others. Active things that make your heart beat faster are good for you. You should do some of them every day.  Here are some things you could try to keep fit and healthy: 

1. Walking or running with a dog
2. Playing games like football or cricket
3. Playing with a bat and ball
4. Playing chasing games or running races
5. Dancing
6. Skateboarding or roller-blading
7. Skipping
8. Riding a bike
